  1. Glad to see this is finally up, yay!

So I was the first person (I think) at RadHR to use this checklist, as I am the first of the Core Team to come onboard post-RadHR’s initial setting up period.

I found it really useful in terms of how it laid everything out + really appreciated the reading list especially (as I tend to learn best by taking in docs/reading through stuff at my own pace), but it’s got me curious as to whether anyone else on the forum has particular methods or induction processes they’ve used and found helpful for them/their orgs? Or if there are particular approaches to induction that you/groups you’ve been in have gravitated towards… more/less formal, more/less codified, etc.?

Another thing I wondered about was the time other groups tend to allot for the actual induction period, as it definitely feels like the space/time needed to feel ‘embedded’ in a group always ends up taking longer than we think it will.

    Veronica
